1. PRODUCT ADVERTISING
(RELEASE OF SALE AGREEMENTS AVAILABLE FROM 24 DECEMBER 2014)
1.1. If Seller has a physical or legal defect (warranty), the basis and extent of liability of the Seller is governed by the generally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code.
1.2. The seller is obliged to provide the Customer with the Product without defects. Detailed information about Seller's liability for defects of the Product and Customer's rights are set forth on the website of the Online Shop in the "Claiming Goods" tab.
1.3. Complaints may be made by the Customer, for example:

1.4. It is recommended that the Customer provide the description of the complaint:
- information and circumstances regarding the subject matter of the complaint, in particular the nature and date of the defect;
- demanding a way to bring the Product into compliance with the Sales Contract or a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sale Agreement; And
- contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and accelerate the handling of the complaint by the Seller. The requirements given in the preceding sentence take the form of recommendations only and do not affect the effectiveness of the complaint without the recommended description of the complaint.
1.5. The Seller will respond to the Customer's complaint without delay, no later than within 14 calendar days of the date of its submission. Failure to respond to the Seller within the above time period means that the Seller has considered the claim to be justified.
1.6. In the event that to respond to a complaint by the Seller or to perform the Client's rights under the warranty, it will be necessary to deliver the Product to the Seller, the Customer will be asked by the Seller to deliver the Product at Customer's expense to the address: Yasmin Joanna Parysz Armii Krajowej 105 43-100 Tychy
1.7. Goods cut from the subway is subject to a claim for a return of 80% of the starting price.
1.7.a Goods cut by the customer (cut, mechanical damage) is not subject to complaints.
1.7.b The cutoff error of the cut material is +/- 2-5 cm. The material is always cut by 2-5 cm more.
